Can an emunand still get a switch ban

I’m just curious my switch got banned before emunand got released. Basically like many I got second switch for online and kept my banned switch for cfw. I’m still curious though if a ban ever happened to anyone that used emunand. I’m obviously not going to risk it because I don’t need two banned switch’s.

Without the proper precautions, yeah, which then is a ban to your sysnand too

Yes, I didn't recomend play online on emunand, blank your serial with atmosphere settings and use 90DNS if you gona use network for your homebrew.

I never use CFW to piracy or play online and didn't get banned with this two steps.

Emummc is just a seperate copy of your sysnand, so it's still you

emuMMC is just a copy of sysMMC so the same rules apply no matter if you use sysMMC or emuMMC.
