but i have another question: how do i re-hack my 3ds?
when i bricked it, i thought there is no way that i ca fix it, so i deleted everything from the SD card
now i only have the "Nintendo 3DS" folder

Yeah, don't delete your SD ever just because the hack doesn't work.
In fact, it's more likely to get softbricked by a bad Home Menu theme (easily fixable) than by a hack.

Besides, it was clearly hacked, because Luma's crash screen was showing that nwm has crashed (Nintendo's shows nothing useful at all, just to refer to the useless manual).
