wow!nice!
i was about to buy the wiiu pro controller (at one point i will)

here is a question .

can i use the gamepad, the wii classic controller pro, (they work atm) but also pair a xbox one S controller or a ps4 or both at the same time?

this would help a lot with my girls and i playing mario kart or smash!

also can the ps4 or xbox controller be recognized by some games as Zelda HD? (are they recognized as a wiiu controller pro?)

TY vm for your time and dedication to this wonderful console
Hi buddy. For your question yes Wii U will recognize your controller exactly as if it was Wii U pro controller. So you can play games, navigate to menu... Etc

Got a bug with Bloopair..but only if launched as a Channel.
I made my own Bloopair Channel (which works fine) But If I want to Pair a PS3 Controller, I hold "A" to bring up the Pair Menu, but when I exit that Menu the screen on both the Gamepad and the TV both stay black (I can still hear the Menu and can still navigate so the WiiU hasn't frozen it's just not displaying the picture?

Hi ploggy, how did you make the channel?

I've been using the ppsspp forwarder as my bloopair channel, I only changed the tga files and renamed it via ftp, but i want to create a channel, with the forwarder the wii u freezes when exiting a VC game and i want to test that with a rpx channel

I forget what I used as a base for the Channel, but I just put the Bloopair RPX in the Code folder, edited the app.xml/cos.xml/meta.xml, made up some tga files and packaged it up with Nuspacker plus :)

EDIT:
I guess the reason the forwarder freezes with Bloopair is because the forwarder still uses the HBL to boot the RPX?

Thanks for the info, with that I think I can create a channel.

About the other, that's exactly the reason, the ppsspp forwarder is based on hbl2hbc which uses the HBL to boot the app.

Yea, I figured it would, it's the reason I didn't go the forwarder route with my Channel :)

I can upload my TGA files if you want them?

I converted the RPL file to ELF and replaced SD\wiiu\apps\homebrew_launcher\homebrew_launcher.elf, using CHBC HBL-autoboot.But it doesn't work

One question...

This homebrew funtion whith PS3 fake controller or only originals ???
This is hard to know without testing, as it depends whether those fake controllers identify and behave closely enough to the real thing to "fool" Bloopair.

Weird analogy: you can picture Bloopair like a bouncer at a night club. The bouncer is only letting in people he knows: the Switch Pro Controller, Xbox One S/X pads, DualShock 3 & 4, etc. Now, let's say two different fake/third-party DS3s show up. Fake #1 says "Hi, my name is Jeff. I'm basically a DS3 controller, I support all the normal DS3 things." Bloopair says "I don't know a Jeff, get out of my face." Fake #2 says "Hmm. That was weird. Uh, I don't know that Jeff guy. I'm a totally normal DS3, made by, um ... Sorny? Yeah. Nothing weird going on here," and Bloopair says "DS3! Hey buddy, come on in!"

On a more technical level, Bluetooth devices all come with a vendor ID and a product ID. They also come with a name, but Bloopair is currently only concerned with the VID/PID, so the name is irrelevant. If your fake DS3 pads present themselves with the same VID/PID as real Sony ones, they will most likely work, as long as there's nothing super weird about the way they operate (there shouldn't be, or they'd be bad fakes, but it's possible). But if they have unique VID/PIDs, then Bloopair would need to be modified to recognize that VID/PID combo and treat it like a DualShock 3.

Ultimately, it should be possible to use those fake pads, it's just a matter of whether they work already or would need a tweak to Bloopair first.
