Why is my vision still terrible even looking through a mirror?

I'm probably just misunderstanding how mirrors should work but how come when I look through a mirror everythings still blurry. I have glasses to help me see far away things, my close up vision is just fine. So theoretically since mirrors are simply reflecting things shouldn't everything be clear if I look at a mirror from up close to look at farther back things.

P.S. How awesome would a room with nothing but mirrors for walls/ceiling/floor be? Pics of this would be awesome.

Each eye sees a slightly differnt image just like in real life. Beleive it or not, when looking through a mirror you are still seeing in 3d. That's why your vision is still blurry.

Astigmatism is caused by light rays not converging at the correct point inside your eye. The mirror does not alter the relative angles of those rays, so the problem remains when you look into it.
