ok, i put the Hackmii installer in apps on my sd card and put it in the wii i start home brew and hit the 1 button then i selected internal sd card and hit ok but then it just brings me back to the bubble screen and thats it. Might this have something to do with hackmii version or something else? or what might i be doing wrong? im using 4.3u and hackmii installer vo.8

Please improve your grammer.

The SD card structure is just the the tier of the folders
Like the root of your card would be called something like <insertletterhere>:/
And then the apps folder should be in the root folder and the hombrew should be inside the apps folder

So it should be something like this:
F:/apps/<name of app folder>/<appname>.dol

you can see whats on your SD card thru your PC / Laptop - you must have gotten the hackmii installer on there somehow.

On the SD card you need to make a folder and call it 'apps' and then INSIDE the apps folder you make another folder with the hackmii files in.
The Hackmii installer may have just come as a file called 'boot.elf' you will need to re-name this to boot.dol because the Homebrew channel only displays if it finds a boot.dol file

OK - lets start from scratch and get it right.
If you can, reformat your SD card and then make a folder called apps on it.
inside that folder put the folder from the download below - its just a working hackmii v0.8 with icon I used recently.
now, when you launch Homebrew channel press 1 button and make sure it is loking at your SD card.
If all is ok you will see a Bootmii 'app' and just launch
:)

it didn't work. it ditected my sd card but it seems it thought it was empty because nothing poped up.

wait , when you hit the home button on the wiimote and it sais "launch bootmii" does that mean it's allready installed because i hit it a few times but all that happened was my screen goes black and my disc slot light starts flashing. is it supposed to do that because i just stays like that for like forever.

I know for certain thats a working installer - I used it last week! and the file structure of the download is correct. As long as you placed the Bootmii folder within your apps folder you should see a Bootmii logo in the HBC.
Only suggestion I have is that its an SD card issue, what make / size / type of SD card are you using?

Re: the Launch Bootmii option in HBC
If you had installed bootmii initially it would have put files (Bootmii folder and installer.txt) on your SD card and you would have known about it I am sure
