how do i make a picture(the one below the name) appear when i reply to a topic?

go to My Controls -> Edit Avatar Settings

On this page you can choose to upload a 100 x 140 px image, or post the URL of a similarly sized image that will be your avatar.
In the case that the file is smaller than 140 x100, (like mine) you can enter the proper dimensions to make the avatar appear correctly.
(otherwise it will be stretched)
Your combined avatar and signature sizes should not exceed
80 kb.

If it's for below the entire post, you're looking for a Signature.
You can put images in it like with normal posts.
eg: [img]http://linktoimagehe.re[/img]

As for the sound, it's caused by a flash file in one of the embedded topics.
