I've recently decided to learn a little on C++ language so that I can start on developing my own NDS homebrew, but I can't seem to find any C++ compiling programs. Anyone know any good and simple ones?

Download and install devkitPro. It's the homebrew toolchain for Wii and NDS, and it comes with a compiler.

The devkitARM package is the actual NDS compiler package, and you will at least want libnds as well. If you are on Windows, just grab the installer/updater and run it. If you're on Mac/Linux, take a look here for manual installation instructions.

Borland except I think C is needed to code homebrew in which case you would have to download a toolkit for whatever compiler homebrew was designed for.
