Gaming HGSS Save Help, PokeGen cannot read save as Pokemon

I have an Pokemon HeartGold save, i try to open it on PokeGen, but it always read it and say not a Pokemon Save. But I am sure that i extract it from my HeartGold Cartridge, using the NDS Adapter Plus. Can someone fix the save to an Pokemon HeartGold save so I can edit the Pokemon with PokeGen.

P.S. I will private message you the save file.

Hmm. Odds are that PokeGen can only read a specific .sav file.
A RAW sav file.

Go to http://www.shunyweb.info/convert.php
Click browse and locate your .sav file
In the Source Format drop down box choose
Acekard RPG | EZFlash V | RAW Format(.sav)
Then in the target format dropdown box choose
Acekard RPG | EZFlash V | RAW Format [Autodetection] (.sav)
Try opening the new .sav file now

If not just change the source format but keep the target format the same
