I'm on a tight budget and I'd like to know if my current PC is capable/powerful enough of running certain modern games

If not, what would I have to do to improve it's ability to allow me to since I can't afford to buy a more up-too-date PC

If you actually own the PC - you can pop along to 'Can you Run It' (link below), select the game in question from the dropdown list & let it run a small ActiveX or Java program to test your system

At the end of the test you are shown whether or not your PC is capable of running that game, & if not it'll tell you where it failed

This will then give you an idea to which area you may need to upgrade to allow you to play it
