Im sure their are people capable of creating clones. After what happened to team x though, it wouldn’t surprise me if many got cold feet.
Would have to be based in a country well outside Nintendo of Americas grasp, that is for sure.
That's absolutely true, everyone is scared of being very badly sued which is completely understandable.

The only one I can think of is someone from Europe but even then, Nintendo of Europe does exist.

Holy fuck this is really just becoming a place for me to ramble lol. But I have heard that there were some useless bluetooth glitches in 12.x.x, so I was just wondering if anything new has been found now that the bluetooth audio is supported?

That's true but that won't stop me from asking!
What do you expect here now? SciresM said softwarehax above 8.0.0 are as good as impossible. I mean, we can't look into the future, but what should be different in future firmware versions that we can exploit the system? As good as nothing (i would say). Bluetooth is such a low level, you can't exploit that. Deja Vu, fixed. Fusée Gelée, fixed. Or they find something in a specific firmware (like on ps4) and no one can use it because everyone updates the console asap. For whatever reason...

There's always the possibility they accidentally introduce a new entry point...but i'm guessing that's why it takes them so long to roll out new features and basic features seem lacking. The wii mini got hacked via bluetooth (wiimotes), but you're correct. The switch is a different beast. I doubt any of the new versions will be hacked without having to solder something.

I am not asking for exploits I'm asking for meaningless glitches, at best low level entry points, but otherwise I mostly agree with you.

the problem is even if I'm willing to solder something
the something is not as easily accessible as the trinket M0 for V1 units for payload injection
I think we normal people should leave no dream about hacking the patched Switches
Just stick to the unpatched ones
