Castlevania Advance Collection rated for PC and consoles

When games get close to release, they can occasionally get accidentally leaked through the various video game rating boards across the world. In the case of the unannounced Castlevania Advance Collection, its existence was revealed back in June, when the Australian Ratings Board let it slip. Konami still hasn't said anything official about the collection existing, but it has been leaked a second time, through the Taiwanese Ratings Board, which has given us new information in the form of the platforms Castlevania Advance Collection will be coming to. It'll pack together the three Game Boy Advance Castlevania titles, Aria of Sorrow, Harmony of Dissonance, and Circle of the Moon, and will be available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC. The ratings board has since deleted the entry for the game, however, a screenshot was taken prior to its removal. Currently, there is no release date for the collection.

GBA games on PS4, interesting.
I don't see the benefit, unless some people literally don't have the original games.
But on PC... why not just use an emulator?

If there are any updates, enhancements etc, I am more interested :)

as for pc...it gives a legal way of getting it outside of tracking down copies of the original and finding some way to dump them. which at that point you may as well get the gba player

Why not get legal copies of the game?

Im guessing this is a sword fighting game. I'm not good in these type of games. Not at all.
No. The GBA Castlevania games are metroidvanias similiar to Symphony of The Night from what I have heard.

Here I was recently feeling in the mood to play Aria of Sorrow too! Perfect timing!
I was also thinking about buying one of the GBA Castlevania games on the Virtual Console

Konami, come on.
Please put all (linear and Metroidvania) 2D Castlevania from the first one to Order of Ecclesia into one collection!

A bonus would be a HD remake with a hotkey to seamlessly switch between classic and modern graphic/sound. (That would actually be an effort and worth some more money than a legal ROM collection).

That's pretty cool. Some of the best games in the series came out on GBA. I would've preferred a massive handheld collection with the DS games and Dracula X Chronicles but obviously that would never happen.

NDS games are probably going to be less common considering that they require two screens. But I am sure someone would eventually think of something.

But when will they port castlevania - the pachinko experience?

that shouldn't be much of an issue for the castlevania games.

people already made no touchscreen hack for DoS and I'm not sure the other games needed it for anything besides like, sisters mode.
you can do the tiny screen on the side setup for it, it would be good enough for the map
