I recently used pk3DS, with all data dumped from my Omega Ruby, but when I load my save file, the game just stops at a black screen, could anyone help?

You should be able to but once you catch them all no pokemon will appear. (Less pokemon appear as you catch them)

So if it's at say a fresh save/game it should be quite varied?

This does not work I put the .plg file into my alpha sapphire folder and i used boot ntr selector mode 3 and it didn't work.

OR: /plugin/000400000011C400/
AS: /plugin/000400000011C500/

*EDIT* it seems on X/Y that instead of checking the captured flags, it checks the kalos born captured. shouldnt effect anything on a new game, but using on old games you encounter stuff that in your dex as a pokeball.
