Is Lockpick_RCM the payload that comes with the SD Card Setup or is it the one that you use from the CFW menu? In the past I think there were two lockpick files, I recall getting confused the first time I tried figuring it out.
I don't know what "CFW menu" could be referring to as not only are there multiple CFW but also multiple menus but Lockpick_RCM is a payload that you can download from SDSetup. It also has its own GitHub page where you can download the latest version manually. Is Lockpick_RCM the payload that comes with the SD Card Setup or is it the one that you use from the CFW menu? The only way to boost it would be through overclocking. How safe that is depends on how much you overclock the Switch.
I really don't understand this guide https://gbatemp.net/threads/emutool...r-sd-switch-emu-type-on-sxos-and-more.550756/ to transfer my emunand to a bigger SD card. Are there any alternatives by chance? Thanks
I heard there was a migrate function for hekate, though if you have sxos then i guess it's different.
I use Hekate, do you by chance have a guide which i can follow?
I don't think this one mentions the migrate function, but should be good. Hope it helps:

hi guys, sorry for my noobness i need help to temporarily switch to ofw and then back to cfw.
i rarely use my switch but i need to make a free trial nintendo online account and that can be done only on console.
in russia there is a sale for two more days to buy snes & nes controllers exclusively for nintendo online subscribers. i don't wanna miss it.
currently i'm on cfw and have probably a v9 fw. it's the first fully hackable switch model from 2017.
unfortunately i'm older and due to the language barrier i don't understand many technical terms.
is there a foolproff guide and a wiki or encyclopedia that explains all those terms?
i remember something about fuses being dangerous. i think i had enabled autorcm on that cfwtool.
thanks a lot.
I notice that when i count up all the GB of installed games on the microSD card via the settings menu i still lack some storage. (this is with the emumcc 29GB) in mind. How come this happends?
There's two things I can think of. One being that cards are never the size they list, like my new 512gb card is under 500 by a decent amount. And the other is the cluster size, which makes any small files take up more room (up to the allocation size).

If you ran CFW on sysnand then you won't be able to go online and not get ban.
Some people run atmosphere for updating on the sysnand without burning fuses.
Technically, should be able to switch to OFW too if nothing else is done on the CFW, right? (besides updating there)
1 more question, my old SD card (smaller storage) can i still use it as a extra storage?? Or will this mess with settings?
For example: If my 256 gb card is full, can i pop in my 128 GB card and just use that for more games? or will i lose certain things.
OFW is sysnand, if they use CFW on sysnand and pirated game, they can't go online without a clean NAND.

You are better off sticking with one SD card.
Ok. I saw both options for sysmmc as as well a OFW. I assumed they were different in that someone could boot stuff iwth the sysmmc if they wanted. Or at least use atmophere for preventing burned fuses. I'm not really sure how that works tho.
When in reference Sysmmc is OFW, also it is Sysnand, Emummc is for emunand. Without autoRCM, if you boot OFW without a custom bootloader the fuse would be burn.
