Do you plan to add things like advanced graphics? like how desume has those graphic sendings which make the game look really really nice and clean

you probably mean high resolution rendering. That's planned but low priority. At the current moment I also can't tell if Switch can handle it.

Cmake: command not found compile_shader

What is missing?
you need to select the toolchain file first https://github.com/RSDuck/melonDS/blob/switch-new/cmake/Toolchain-cross-Switch.cmake

Though I don't recommend building it yourself unless you want to contribute to it. It also requires a custom deko3d version which includes the changes from the fix-10 and implement-stubs branches from my deko3d fork https://github.com/RSDuck/deko3d (I'm trying to get them PRed into the main repository though I'm waiting for a response already for some time).

Played Sonic Colors DS, works like a dream but I couldn't figure out how to swap screens on the fly outside of the GUI. Can't tell if I'm doing "Press down on the right stick" correctly since it's sort of just Hybrid mode.

Otherwise, wonderful job.

Edit: It's absolutely Hybrid mode not changing what's the main screen. My baaad. The auto screen switching works fine in Natural.

Push R3. Like press the right joystick in.

It's possible you can add support for vibration?, some games have rumble pak support, I think metroid prime hunter has.

Wondering if you can make the auto screen focus work with Hyrbid settings? I prefer how that looks compared to awkwardly changing the size of two screens honestly. And a much less important curved cursor option for the Sonic special stages. The niche of the niche requests but gotta try.

Runs great! ty very much! Only Problem I get is with Pokemon Platinum. App force closes whenever I try to save ingame. It definitely tries to save (progress circle, but force closes in the end of the save progress). Save states do work. Any ideas how to fix this? Especially important for PokeHex etc.

Hi there! Was using this to play HeartGold and was going great up until the first fight in the Elite 4 against Will. After he talks and the fight is about to begin, the game ALWAYS freezes and exits back to the main switch menu saying an error occurred. I've tried on multiple ROMS and save files... Any insight?

I have a similar problem in Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky. Before i helped the shaymin(late in the game/post-game), it saved without crashes but after that i cant save anymore. If i save and reset the Emulator it crashes and my save file is gone.

i tried to reproduce it but now it work again without problems

Hello, I just started using MelonDS on Switch and wow, I am impressed. I just had a question out of curiosity.

I was playing Super Princess Peach, and when certain events happen in game (namely a collectible is found), instead of a text box, there is just a jagged black space instead. Everything else in the game seems to work flawlessly. Does anyone know if there are settings in the client I can play around with that might mitigate this, or is it just the price of admission of emulating DS on my Switch? I understand sometimes compatibility is not 100%. I can also upload a screenshot if need be.

Thanks for any help!

EDIT: I now see a few pages back, someone has reported this bug already. If you need another save file to test, reply and let me know. ^_^
