I don't think they will work on 200%
I've tried to set it to 10000, but It gives me 100% only.

I've played to day 7, and it has only 100%, never saw 200% groove
(may be get this skill in late game)

Note. for the code at 0156D718,

it stands for upRate, it is 1 originally, I've changed it to 100
When you get 1 point, it will up scale to 100 times, which will reach the upper limit(100%) immediately.
So, if you change it to 200, it is no use, you will get the same result.

for the code at 0156B1E4,

you may try to set it as a larger number, I've not tried it, it may work probably. Since it just modify the content in memory like the code made by optantic

After you get the first new character at the game change you can get up to 200% Groove. You must have not gotten the friend point for it or some other event which locked you at 100%
