Because of Apple's current Verification system and monitoring of Ap usage, obsolete device models have become a popular platform for custom/unverified Aps. Open discussion for methods/tricks to use (otherwise) unsupported Aps on Apple devices running on out-dated IOS firmware.

i have an Ipad mini,IOS 9.3.5 ,512 MB RAM and the ONLY reason i use it is for Retroarch (signed by Sideloadly). IOS games suck. The Sideloadly certificate only lasts a week so i'm constantly rewinding the clock. According to specs, the device has the needed RAM for PSX and NDS, however the games only run at 30FPS(PSX) and 15FPS(NDS) on Retroarch AND HappyChick. So i'm wondering if there's a way around this problem or if there's an Emulator i've not heard of. Also noticed Retroarch doesn't detect Bios files in the System folder (and yes, my Bios files are named correctly). I Erased All Content And Data after Jailbreaking with Phoenix (big no-no) and now i can't find a working Internal File Manager for IOS 9 that allows read and write to replace the needed files so i can use Cydia :ohnoes:. Filza no longer works, either. So i'll sum up this rant:

#1 How do you play PSX(Playstation 1) on IPAD Mini (IOS 9) ?
#2 How do you play NDS(Nintendo DS) on IPAD Mini (IOS 9) ?
#3 Is there a currently working Internal File Manager for IOS 9, that reads and writes?

Apple's current Firmware is 14.6 and i realize they do support and monitor older firmwares to some degree (less support and restrictions the further down the list you go).

Standalone emulators usually have better performance, so i will try Drastic for NDS and ePSXe for ps1, but im not sure that old ios can access to standalone emulators. If that not possible buy cheap android device with snapdragon. NDS and PSX is not hard to emulate.
