You can use TinWoo or Awoo-Installer to install manually downloaded NSP files.

Are you saying the Switch will only boot into RCM when you coldboot it? If so, it's because you have AutoRCM installed. You can uninstall AutoRCM using Hekate.

Are you saying the Switch refuses to boot unless you use a jig to enter RCM first? If so, it could be because of a fuse count mismatch.
refuses to boot have to put jig in

It could be a fuse count mismatch. What system version are you on, and what's your fuse count? You can check your fuse count using Hekate.

If you are using an emuMMC, then being unable to boot without entering RCM first could be because there is a problem with your sysMMC.

The Switch has mechanisms in place to prevent downgrades. If you were on a higher system version and downgraded, your system version might not match your efuse count (generally, fuses get irreparably burnt when you update your system and boot normally). If this is what happened, you can't boot your system normally. You can check your fuse count using Hekate, and you can check if the fuse count comports with your current system version.

If you're using an emuMMC, then a problem with your sysMMC may be preventing your system from booting your sysMMC normally.

If you are using SX OS, then yes, 11.0.0 is the best system version to use, and you will probably never be able to update. This means some newer games probably won't be compatible with your system in the future.

If you aren't using SX OS, then you can update to 12.1.0.

Use Tinfoil shops (if/when they're working) or install manually downloaded NSP files using TinWoo or Awoo-Installer.

You can push Hekate or fusee-primary while you're in RCM instead of SX OS. If you're using an TX USB dongle, you can use the options menu in SX OS to load Atmosphere and other payloads.

hi again running games off sd card whats the best usb loader thanks
I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but you cannot load games from a USB storage device using Atmosphere. Only SX OS supports that.

You can, however, install NSP files that are located on a USB storage device, but the games themselves have to be installed to the SD card or the sysMMC.

You should be using FAT32 on your SD card, regardless of how big it is. The maximum SD size supported by the Switch is technically 2TB, since that's the biggest SDXC supports.
