Alright, I apologize if I am not the first one to post this question, I but I seek precise assistance, if you will. I have smash 4 with all the necessary DLC, but then one day i decided I wanted to get more DLC stuff through WUPInstaller and Wii U USBhelper, but then there's a problem: In order for the dlc to work, I had to use mocha, so I had to delete all my data because I wanted to run Smash without having to go through mocha all the time, and wanted to get my DLC back. I tried re-downloading them from the eshop, but it gave me an error 105-3687. Please, if you help me out in what to do, I would greatly appreciate it.
Well, I redownload the DLC from the eshop, and it fully downloads, but when i try opening the game to install it, that's when it fails and gives me the error. I know it has something to do with the tickets, and I have used tik2sd to dump the game tiks, but from there I don't know what to do.
try the how to delete a fake ticket tutorial in my sig. if you've already used tik2sd, go to that title id site to find the title id of the dlc, then look for that in the keys.txt . it's probably easiest to use notepad++ for this.
So does that mean I have to get CBHC or Haxchi? I don't want to go through the hassle of getting those because I am perfectly fine with using the browser exploit to load homebrew.
there's an ftpii u everywhere version for haxchi and one for mocha. if you don't want to go the haxchi route, try mocha. I'm not sure if using normal sig patches will work with ftpii u everywhere as I've never tried it.

I know this thread is a little old but I'm having this same issue. Long story short to try to remove Haxchi from Warioware Touched I deleted the game and by extension Haxchi. Later I was able to get Brain Age and make that my entry point since I'll never play it, but now I can't reinstall WWT from the Eshop because I get that error code. Help?

The Problem it's with Zelda Breath of the Wild , i used to play other version
, and now i have downloaded original from eshop .. i get the error message 105-3687.
Steps :
a) I make backup tickets with tik2sd. To recover in case of dissarter.
b) I analyse the files that generate tik2sd and check where are Zelda Tickets.
c) Remove tickets from zelda. I used Moca + ftpiiueverywhere.
d) Download again from eshop.
Now Working ok ...

Hey bro I'm having the same issue, ERROR. 105-3687 when trying to install Brain Age from eShop[Note: This is all on sysNAND]
OK so I had haxchi channel working nicely (using Dr. Kawashima). I decided to install some eShop games and forgot I had and eShop download of Dr. K also on my SD. So I sig patched the nand and then started WUP, selected all and boom, error. Can't remember the error it said on WUP (I didn't write it down, but said something about sig patching).
No big deal I thought. Delete, go to eShop and re-down. ERROR. 105-3687. Restarted, tried again. Same error.
I read a lot of useless posts on gba but I remember one guy having a similar issue and he fixed it by deleting the tik [yes, that was an intentional dig at shit posters
/vol/system_slc/rights/ticket/apps/
In my particular case it was then in folder /0005/0000001d.tik
I know this because I had already run tik2sd and had a copy of all my tiks. I thought I could just re-up my original tik but then I thought that would change the permissions on the file (which I can also change but...well, six of one, half a dozen of the other). So I deleted the tik using wupclient, rebooted unit, went to eShop and re-downloaded & installed game.
FIXED.

Hope it might help anyone else if they have the same error because there is nothing about this error on the internet I could find.
Obviously, be careful if you are not good with wupclient and don't just delete random shit!
How do I access those files in WiiU to delete the old .tik ?
You mentioned it was stored at
/vol/system_slc/rights/ticket/apps/
but how do I get there ?

OK, I got it but still having difficulties
I installed FTPiiU Everywhere from the wiiu HB appstore
I Installed Mocha CFW from wiiu HB appstore
I run SigPatcher2HBL, then I run FTPiiU Everywhere
Then I run Filezilla on my PC (Linux) connect to ip and port seen on FTPiiU Everywhere but only have access to SD on my Wiiu
Trying to get to storage_slc in FileZilla will always return me "Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing"
