when i start the game, firste i see licensed by nintendo. then the note from rockstar. and than i get black screen. pls help me!

Do you play via flashcart or SD-slot? In the first case, what flashcart is it? In the second case, if you are using TwilightMenu, you have to post this problem in the respective forum, where the author of the software will surely answer you.

I think it's GTA3 homebrew for the 3DS, i saw a video of it this week i think, so why would he be using TwilightMenu for?

This is the NDS section and I think he is talking about Grand Theft Auto. The thread title mentions DSI XL!

yes its the DS XL. GTA china town wars. i got a R4 card in it.

Anyway try to disable all cheat codes for that game. Try deactivating savestates as well. Or try the (US) version if the (E) version doesn't work, or vice versa.

I think so. I don't know that software or your language. Turn off the cheat codes related to that specific game. If it doesn't work, turn off savestates. Otherwise try another version of the game.
