This is a Light Game, don't know why they locked it at 30 FPS...

So far I only notice the cursor in Examine moves twice as fast. Everything else behaves as expected, including character animations, text speed or the Extra videos.
The game runs at constant 60FPS even on default handheld clocks, so... I don't get it either.

FPS Limit is already set to 60 by default. Have you tried Overclocking?

Note : I tried Overclocking to max clocks and 60 FPS is achievable but not constant.

This game didn't have double buffer? It was hard to get stable 60 FPS in battle.

It is possible to create a 30 fps cheat code for The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening?
It would be great to play this game without the constant stuttering due to the continuous fps drops.

I will already say that it's little tricky in this game because it not only jumps between 30 and 60 FPS, but also changes game speed and it's done independently (so just forcing 30 FPS will result in not consistent speed). You need to find also where speed is stored and force it too.

I found with max overclock (standard max, no hax) Link's Awakening ran pretty consistently except where there was lava or maybe one other thing.

I think not all Unreal Engine behaves the same.

For Blue Fire, The FPS Limit Switcher by Default is already set to 0x00000001 = 60 FPS Limit. But the FPS is still locked at 30 in every area of the game including Pause Menu. I tried finding this "FPS Locker" but had no luck...

For Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night(which is also running in Unreal Engine), The FPS Limit Switcher by Default was set to 0x00000002 = 30 FPS Limit. I edited the value to 0x00000001 and the game is able to achieve 60 FPS without altering the Game Speed.
(Tested at Max Overclocks 1785/921/1600).
