I figured since I'm working so hard on the various Atari emulators, I needed a treat.

So I already had a Crimson Red and White DSi XL (the white is Japanese - but running TWL++ works great on it!). I saw a great price ($50) for a blue DSi XL and decided I needed a Red-White-Blue set... cuz 'Merica!

I love the DSi XL/LL for emulators because the screen refresh is slower than the original smaller DSi units and the image lingers a bit longer which brings it closer to the old phosphor TVs in look and feel.

Hi:)

The famous and well-known pride and patriotism of U.S. citizens, the blessing and curse of the world:
GBA (Gameboy Advance? Naaah; God bless America).

Anyway, you shouldn't have posted in this section but...that's okay...lately everyone is doing what they want here.

With sympathy, waiting for the Atari Lynx (it will be a long wait, I'm afraid...)

Yeah... I know it's a bit outside the topic but these ARE my emulation babies! And, truth be told, I'm afraid of the larger world outside this little corner of the forums where I feel comfortable :)

Pretty cool!

I actually may follow your acquisitions and buy a few DSi!

Mind you for some reason, DSiXL and 3DS in TWL/DSi mode are excellent as debugging units as normal DSi, Nintendo DS Lite and older DS may sometimes behave too good (when performing unit tests) or hardware is more basic or I don't know, but on power on cycles these first two are much better at finding bugs. lol
