Masters of the Universe (2021)

I always loved the Aesthetic even if the series hasn't aged well and was stoked when the teaser hit.

Then... minor spoiler-ish in my appraisal. Did not like.

IT SUX.

Well one episode in they killed He-man, turned Greyskull in to the pony palace and Mary-sue'd the whole fucking thing. Fuck this series.

Despite the amazing voice cast they kept the cringy 80's dialog no style update, animations cool but i'll pass.

I loved MotU as a kid and thought the CN reboot was decent at the time. I still have a bunch of poor condition original figures and Snake Mountain in boxes. I've heard this new Kevin Smith version was going to be ruined and actually does live up to being everything we would hate, but am still going to have see at least one episode through for myself if I can muster the courage. I just really don't want this to be so bad and yet know it will be.

Hope it's memeable since that's what was great about the OG series.
