Hacking Can the SX Lite micro SD slot be replaced?

I've been using Atmosphere with SX Lite for a while and I fear that my micro sd slot is starting to fail. I bought the Switch pre-installed so I have no knowledge. Could the micro SD slot be replaced by anyone and with any normal sd slot replacement once its stops working?

Yes, that thing. But on the lite. On the bottom right I see a micro Sd card reader that seems to come with the package. Is it a special one or can I find this piece of hardware anywhere?

that is micro usb. its only used to update the chip. i think you can update it through the sxos also. but if you want to switch to spacecraft nx then you need the usb port.

Those are all wrong. SD reader sits underneath final solder point on SX Lite - It can be de-soldered and a donor one can be re-soldered on. Most likely will have to pull off another Lite motherboard if you cant source the part.
