All my homebrews run as extra apps and not through the homebrew channel. And still no ban. Using homebrew cias doesn't cause a ban. Cheating online is the reason to get banned.

Different R4 cards will require different files. It can be very difficult to tell them apart sometimes.

If you could upload a picture of your cart (or find a completely identical picture somewhere on the Internet), that would help.

But really, this question has absolutely nothing to do with Luma, so why don't you just start a new thread?

Well, y'know, it says www.r4isdhc.com right there on the card, so why exactly didn't you try starting there? http://www.r4isdhc.com/2014-r4isdhc-dual-core/ should be worth a try.
