Alright so I was trying to setup Wii U USB Helper but then I put in the wrong ticket (the vault version) and now I can't change it to the normal version and I need to so I can use bcml in order to mod the game.
I've pressed the button to change it and have inputted it but it still doesn't work.
I deleted all of USB_HELPER in AppData Many Times, still nothing.
I also deleted it in MyProgramFiles (which is where I install it to) too again nothing.
If you can help please do.

Edit: Sorry I meant title key for every spot I said ticket
