Hello peoples, I come to you in a time of great need.

You see, I have downloaded the .nkit of Pikmin 1 & 2. And to convert them to .iso, I would normally just download the partition from a convenient google drive.

BUT ALAS! I have recently deleted my history!

The LINK CANNOT BE RECOVERED.

And on top of that, GOOGLE FETCHES NO SUCH RESULTS!
AND ON TOP OF THAT! THE LINK UNDER RECENT DOWNLOADS SAYS MY ACCESS HAS BEEN DENIED!

OH THE HUMANITY...

So here I am, to the mercy of gbatemp
Please, I ask of you
Share the link.
Let me play pikmin, for the love of god.

You cannot ask for piracy links on GBATemp. That being said, Pikmin 1 and 2 for the Wii are all over the internet. You can find them if that's your goal.

It isn't exactly piracy, they are essential files that help to rebuild wii games (atleast thats what I think they are for)
I'm not using them to "pirate" per se, but to convert them from .nkit to .iso

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I guess this is piracy ? Well man, sorry to be that guy, but I can't help you in this situation in this forum. Your best bet is looking up on google

I don't think that it is piracy, I guess its somewhat of an in-between, or gray area. But google was only able to give me nkit fully loaded, and not the individual partitons.

If you own Pikmin and Pikmin 2 for the Wii, you can dump the ISO files directly using your Wii if you have the Homebrew Channel installed.

That's the problem. I only have the .nkit files. I need the partitions to convert them to .iso

a .nkit is basically a compressed .iso that works with dolphin, and so the file size is a little smaller, which makes it appealing to download.
But unfortunately, I downloaded both games and realized I dont have the google drive link. Sorry for all the trouble.

First, it is prohibited to ask and/or publish copyrighted material in all GBAtemp.

Second, nkit format can only be handled by Dolphin Emulator (http://dolphin-emu.org) but it tells that you will have issues when you try to play with games on that format, so it's highly recommendable to convert your .NKIT.ISO file to .ISO with the NKit tool (https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/NKit) and then to .WBFS with Wii Backup Manager (http://www.wiibackupmanager.co.uk/downloads.html)

Since NKit tool doesn't have any database included, I've published my copy of the NKit tool which includes all latest databases in it, so you mustn't have any issues with it :P

I will attach the file in this quote from another thread:
I got all latest Redump dat files and also all database files from Redump and GameTDB WiiTDB and others and I've packed a zip with the latest version of the tool NKit which includes these databases, ready for use.

I will attach it here:

NKit Tool v1.4 with all latest dat files by saulfabreg.zip

Greetings ;)
Greetings :D

Thanks A Bunch!

But just so I'm understanding this correctly, This has all the partitions needed to convert wii games?
If so that's great, because Nkit fully loaded is HUGE, and I only really need it for conversion.

I've already converted about half a dozen games with Nkit and Wii backup manager, but I would just download the individual partitions as I went along. Saves on download time and storage, just getting what you need when you need it.
But yeah, unfortunately I lost the Google drive that had all these files.

I googled "wii Google drive" to find what you're describing and I think it's listed there... that being said I'm not sure exactly what you were looking at previously so I could be wrong

yeah, the most useful result popping up is this thread lol. Thanks for your help though.

In the google drive I had, it was a bunch of files with seemingly random numbers and letters. But the error code given by the Nkit "Convert to ISO" program would match up with the digits of the required file. Download the one that matched, Put it in some folder (I don't exactly remember), and boom, works like a dream.

Edit: "Wii Google Drive repository"

Holy Crap. Thank You.
I thought (blank) was only wiiware and roms. But after looking at it again, I see the partitions folder.
You are my savior. Now I can play pikmin with a warm heart, knowing that someone kind has led me to this experience.

Bookmarked So i will never want to die again.
