its been over a year. i dont think they care if its been this long.
you're probably right..

Sorry for waiting for long, I got a New 2DS XL which is why I forgot the old one. I didn't manage to open System Settings but I still want to try fix my 3DS (if there is still a way) Should I continue on this post or make a different one?

I guess bumping your own topic is okay in this situation and a new one would be redundant.

I have to carefully read the complete thread again after this long time so this reply might be incomplete and I might edit it later. My main statement still stands: I suspect the custom firmware has been uninstalled and non-legit titles prevent System Settings from working. A custom keyboard will also not work when CFW is deleted. The ntrboot method is the main unbricking method if there is no B9S installed.

Since there are some new exploits (browser based) you might have luck if you are on latest version (or can update to latest version via safe mode). Note that the 3DS has to be connected to the internet and the non working keyboard makes trouble. See if you can successfully complete one of those online methods:

https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(browser)
(latest firmware/browser)

https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(ssloth-browser)
(For using non-latest browser version)

https://3ds.hacks.guide/seedminer followed by
https://3ds.hacks.guide/installing-boot9strap-(usm)

This was a stupid idea: Requires System Settings working.

There is also safecerthax (old 3DS models only) but it requires entering the IP of a DNS server.

Offline methods:
https://3ds.hacks.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax) (Official firmware must be 11.3 or lower)
and...
You updated in 2019 according to this thread so Soundhax is out.

ntrboot; any firmware version, offline, even if some parts of the main operating system are missing, damaged or not working.

I’ve managed to update my system recently with Recovery Mode so will it make it easier or do I have to do the ones there? (Edit) How I managed to use keyboard for getting the Wifi, I didn’t because I already had wifi connected to it.

Then prepare your SD according to the guide and try the browser exploit.

Hopefully your camera works so you can use the QR code instead of manually entering the URL (since the keyboard is non-functional).

Thank you! I finally got all of the stuff working again! But, (dumb question) will I get banned if I link a Network ID to it?
Well that is good news! Glad it is working.

On 3DS -- opposed to the Switch -- there is virtually no online banning for using CFW. The only way to get banned is cheating online or criminal activity like using stolen credit card information.
Using NNID with CFW is considered to be safe. The forum would be full of whining if there was anything ban-related.
