What do you hope to see revealed at E3 2021?

It's that time of year again. After taking a break in 2020, E3 is back and ready to rock, with the usual press conferences scheduled from most of the industry's biggest players. E3 2021 will be the first time the show takes place since the launch of the most recent console generation, so it'd be easy to expect a ton of game announcements for the Xbox Series X|S or the PlayStation 5. This could also be a hugely important E3 for Nintendo, as it may finally put the Nintendo Switch Pro rumors to rest, or it'll actually confirm them after years of waiting. It'll also hopefully bring us new updates on games revealed at E3 2019, such as Breath of the Wild 2, The Elder Scrolls VI, Final Fantasy 16, and more.

With the show poised to kick off in only a matter of hours, why not share what you hope and expect to see from E3 2021, and what announcement would truly excite you if it happened?

Still dreaming of the day when we get a proper anything to do with the Chrono series. But I'm not expecting anything.

Otherwise, just hoping for the Nintendo and Microsoft presentations to have something good. Kinda not expecting much from Sony anymore.

I want darksiders 4 to be announced, been waiting a decade and still the story is not finished.

Don't think it will, no rumours or anything, so just blind hope.

Honestly, just more games for the switch that aren't just half assed ports. Like Nintendo isn't making many and the switch was the hottest console during quarantine but all we had was Animal Crossing

Also, a gamepass alternative for PlayStation (that's not psnow). Gamepass is the reason I use my series x instead of ps5

Actual PS5 games and not glorified last gen up-ports, hopefully. Not much of an "expectation" since that's kind of a given, but it's just so depressing how many games have been announced the last year that have either no PS5 version, or only have a gimped PS5 version that could be so much better.


Also Bloodborne on PC pls ;O;

Though there doesn't seem to be any indication of further News, I am curious as to the future of the Etrian Odyssey Franchise.

At this point, though, with the Switch Form Factor as it is, I feel like any News I do hear won't be anything I'd want to ...

DualSense is why I prefer PS5. I do have a Series X, but the PS5 controller IS that much better and DOES in fact add a great deal of immersion to the games that make use of it's features. If PS offers up good enough competition in that field, I would probably sell the Xbox.

I definitely would like to see the Switch Pro. For games, hopefully they showcase something of God of War Ragnarok, the DC games from Rocksteady and WB, and Beyond Good and Evil 2. It would be nice to see something new from Assassin's Creed as well. There's a lot more that would be great so this is just a few.

Beyond Good and Evil 2, Metroid Prime Collection on Switch, maybe Starfield from Bethesda, just out of curiosity.

I agree, the ps5 controller is superior. The trigger vibration on the Xbox controller is actually pretty cool when implemented correctly but the force feedback on the dualsense is so much better.

Even though I'm more of a PlayStation fan, quick resume and backwards compat is really nice to have. Though loading times are so quick, it really doesn't matter that much
