if you update to 12.02, why does the screenshot say youre at 11.0.1?
do you have a gamecard inserted? (sometimes this was the problem)
have you tried rename the contents in atmosphere folder to see if it is something in there? ams 19 does not require the contents folder for its system modules anymore. (but it does require the content folder for holding the cheat code files and such)
also, did you update the sigpatches to match? (most of the time, the problem)

......yeah, i always had that problem when updating, go to the hbg shop page. (sorry i cant link it, should the mods get onto me, again)
i believe just the tinfoil download is needed, but you may have to download the shop package.
update the tinfoil package on your sdcard.
just make sure the home screen forwarder is uninstalled before you run the new tinfoil

Still no luck......I deleted the whole tinfoil folder and reinstalled it by either the nro in Hb menu and the nsp on the official site ....and none of these work....any more idea?

Try entering maintenace mode by clicking volume up + down after a restart or when nintendo logo show up. Just exit after entering maintenace mode without doing anything
