So I updated to 12.0.1 and Ams 19.2 and mission control 0.5.0-alpha.2 and I am using a genuine wiimote with the motion plus built in.

I click on change grip/order, and press the sync button inside the battery compartment and the 4 leds flash on the wiimote and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

The Program needs an special command that hasn't been implemented yet and it's going to be included in the full version of 0.5.0,we need to wait

@jesus96 is correct, wiimote pairing doesn't work on 12.x.x currently. I meant to just update atmosphere and mission control and leave your firmware on 11.0.1, sorry if that wasn't clear. You can downgrade back using daybreak or wait until I have time to finish full support for 12.x.x

It might work, I'm not sure. There are no functional differences between this new version and the original pre-release though. It was made purely to support the new atmosphere version.

You're always best keeping atmosphere and any sysmodules you use updated to the latest versions. Which system firmware you choose to use is up to you. Though I would suggest upgrading from 12.0.0 as it broke pairing for many Bluetooth controllers.

Xbox One controllers work, but the new Xbox series ones don't yet as they use a different Bluetooth standard (LE) that requires additional work to support.

Just throwing in a request for some type of network client where you can use controllers that are on PC.

I may consider adding something like this in the distant future, but there are already several existing projects that allow the connection of controllers via PC so I don't consider it a high priority.

You can use whatever firmware version you want, I'm just suggesting you update to avoid the pairing bug. Regardless, you should use the latest atmosphere release for bugfixes etc. If you update to 12.0.2 then it's a requirement as older atmosphere versions don't include support for this firmware.
I think this exists and is called Parsec.
parsec is for sending controller inputs and video remotely across a network to a PC host. He's asking for a service running on switch to receive inputs from a PC. hid-mitm-plus can be used in conjunction with parsec on PC for remote play. If parsec could run on switch you could cut out the PC altogether.

sys-hidplus (formerly hid-mitm-plus) should work up to 11.0 1. I think this is what most people use since hid-mitm stopped being supported.

There are also things like joycontrol that emulate a switch controller over Bluetooth.

Keep in mind I've not actually used any of these so there may be limitations I don't know about and I can't offer any support

Thanks I had never heard of these and I'm constantly looking up scene stuff.
No problem. What's your actual use case? Most people asking these kind of questions want it for something like parsec. If it's to connect an unsupported controller then you're better off asking the devs of native switch software (mission control, sys-con) to add support.

No it's to use a dualshock 4 (with mayflash adapter), a wired steering wheel with xinput, and a wireless arcade stick that's xinput (I have a xbox 360 wireless adapter for PC for this) all on the Switch while still connected to the PC so I don't have to switch cords back and forth, because I do have adapters that I could them all on switch but it's easier.

Ah, fair enough. Could be worth connecting them all via a USB hub and using sys-con. That way it's only a single cable you need to switch. Though I'm not sure if using a hub creates any issues for the software or not

I have the items I had a crazy setup with my steering wheel it was meant for Xbox 360 and PC only but I had it working on 360, PC, Wii U, Switch, PS3 and PS4 and Xbox One which I no longer have lol with several mayflash and brook adapters and I used usb switches where I just hit a button and it switches to the console. But lately I discovered some of systems you can just play from PC PS4 you can with remoteplay or Chiaki, Wii U you can with Hidtovpad network client. I tried remoteplay on ps3 but it doesnt seem to start on windows 10. If I can limit the amount of wires that's a plus I guess.

Anyway sys-hidplus I can see the movement of the controller in command prompt but it wasnt working on switch for some reason. But Im not expecting here with it here or anything.
