Recently came across this: https://www.gamebrew.org/wiki/DS_Chat and was wondering if anyone still had the source (links are broken).
That's the program not the source code, the "Source" link is dead.

It is so old though that it doesn't just build with the latest devkitARM and libnds, might not be too hard to update though, maybe look at devkitPro's dswifi examples for they do wifi nowadays.
