I'm confused

"Do not attempt to copy the files via USB. This wil not work." What, how?

Hover over pcsg00042 folder and open it decrypted and copy it to the root of ux0 microsd
Then just copy it using usb to your pc.

Believe this was just something that hasn't been edited yet.

I found a fix to get this game working with reF00D

Open the patched eboot.bin in a hex editor and replace 0x630-0x640 with zeros

Works flawless

After geofront release ao patch will be adaptation for ao psvita version?

I think that was the original reason the team pulled itself together, if you look at the previous thread — they wanted to do an Ao (Azure) patch and used updating the Zero patch as their learning run while they waited for the Geofront release?

But whatever they do, the rest of us will happily accept.

If only I know what softwares to use to open decrypted files... I would have started translating AO myself...

Man I wish ya'll are my neighbors, personally there are some jap games that I want to english patch myself. I dont know where or How to start....

You can open psarc files with total commander and the psarc plugin. psarc files are like sony's proprietary zip files.

Any news on the team working on Trails to Azure Evo patch? As the pc release date is on the 22nd May.

Hope it doesn't take long this time around to patch it. Appreciate all the hard work guys

I haven't checked in on this project in a while. Is the text over-run issue from before still present?

This bug is still present. We are kind of in the fase that all the assest are done. What is left is eboot modding. The good thing is that a lot of the game logic is the same as the PSP version. But we still could use some help with this task.

If you are interested you are always welcome to help.

Hi created an account first of all to say a huge huge thank you for the folks who have poured hours working on this :) It's an amazing series so far. Secondly I am interested to help --- have some background in software engineering but not sure how relevant that would be for the remaining tasks. Is there any guide on how to get started / any development discussion group to join? Again, thanks a lot!

Don't have much experience w/ Vita but have done some extensive PSP reversing and asm hacking. (Though the project I'm working on is still WIP and not even officially announced yet <.< dialog re-import and VWF hack are all done, but the endless number of menus needing manual adjustment... is quite daunting for a one man job. -_-)

Happy to lend a hand if it's needed and if my skills are a fit. (*'-')b

Hi
I'm having trouble with patching the data.psarc and eboot files, the error that comes up is target window checksum mismatch i decrypted both files but no luck. I managed to do data0 and data1 could someone help me with this?

You have to use the data.psarc and eboot files that are located in /ux0:/patch/PCSG00042.
You first have to update the game via PSN to have this folder available

Is this the exact same process as adding Trails Third to the Vita? I just did that last week. Already almost done and ready to move to Crossbell B-)

I just don't see FAGdec mentioned in this threads instructions. Do I still have to use it?

This one was even easier, there is a reddit post that contains a gdrive link with the files already patched,no need for FAGdec (like you had to do manually with FC,SC,3rd) search youtube "zero no kiseki evo english patch",,, if you get an error like I did, delete your plugins and re install them,,, my FC,SC,3RD,AND ZERO EVO work flawlessly
