Thank you! I replaced the luma/title folder and the remaps from that 7z and it worked.

I am still having a weird issue with Kid Icarus Uprising. The remap works, and in the menu I can use the c-stick as the face buttons, and it also works when having a land battle in the game, with the c-stick moving the reticle when the control options are set for the face buttons to move the reticle. However, in air battles the c-stick does not move the reticle, it instead moves Pit, as if it is just replicating the circle pad. The actual face buttons still move the reticle, but the c-stick is just replicating the circle pad.

I'd like to know if anyone else has this same issue or if it's just something weird on my end. I know KI:U is one of the first games that came to mind with rehid so I'm curious if this is a wider issue.

Thanks for all the help! Looking forward to playing around with more games.
Set your controls in Options menu, and choose to control the retina/camera with ABXY buttons, then try again to use the c-nub in aerial battle.

I think you might need the overidecpadpro option enabled in your json.

OMG i can actually play tony hawk's pro skater in daedalus now!

great homebrew!

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Right now, it looks kinda tough, but given that games like mario kart 7 use both gyro controls and dpad exist, it is definitely possible
mario tennis open would be a good game to test gyro remaps. it has very simple gyro controls (only left or right to aim)

Anyone gotten this to work with Pokémon Ultra Sun? I get CPAD to DPAD working but not the other way around.
Code:
{"keys":[{"press":"UP","get":"CUP"},{"press":"RIGHT","get":"CRIGHT"},{"press":"DOWN","get":"CDOWN"},{"press":"LEFT","get":"CLEFT"}]}
is what I have in my .json file

that answers my second question about how to make my own qr codes.

but where do i find the qr codes for the list of games that have already been mapped by you fine people?
i.e. the ones from the config files github
You need to download the repo, then open the folder of your desired game and copy the titleid folder to a folder named rehid on root of your sd card.

I made a github repo with the remaps that i posted a on page 4, so if anyone want it, you just need to download the zip and paste the rehid folder with all the remapps on your sd card. Also, its available on Download section here on gbatemp.

PD: @Nutez can i add your configs to my github repo? The Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance remapp you made its very useful.
Yes, feel free and thanks for organising a repo to aggregate and share all of these. I haven't followed the latest discussion/development closely, so excuse me, but are you planning to add support for multiple different mappings per game? Also, it might be useful to distinguish between mappings that use N3DS buttons and those that use exclusively O3DS buttons. And you could even have some fun with categories and filters as the collection expands :yay3ds:.

@NanashiFinal13 I created another PR, which should produce qr for jsons, this should allow users to more easily use the remappings. :)

Thank you, i will add your remappings as soon as posible. Yes, i was thinking on add support multiple diferent remappings per game, (when i figure out how to do it, and have saveral remaps for the same game)
On the N3DS/O3DS remaps, i use rehid mostly to remap buttons to N3DS extra buttons, so i hadn't thought of that, but its true that many users can use rehid like bttonswamp3DS (that was mostly used by people who broke a button on 3DS and want to play normally without replacing the button).

@Kartik Actually, I wonder if you are able to read the sensitivity of the analog inputs and can allow us to manipulate input further based on the range of input? For example, if I press the analog stick more than 80% in any direction, it will simulate the input of "B". This would be helpful in games that force us to hold down a run button, for example. It might just be an idle curiosity. I'm not sure if the use case is there. Interested in any thoughts you or others might have.

Would you people like to see "virtual" on-touchscreen buttons, i.e, buttons on touch screen which when pressed act as if physical buttons had been pressed?
Yes, to be honest i was thinking just on that. Some games, like Xenoblade, show the mini map on the touch screen, but to open it use ZR, and it would be more logical to open it touching the mini map itself. Im also very interested on the posibility to remap gyro controls to the D- Pad, but you already told me that was tough. @MarioKartFan idea is interesting, in fact i remaped some games to get C-Pad+B when i press the C-Pad.
