I was using a file based atmos emunand and got lots of corruption on the internal memory too. Small games installed and played fine, big games corrupted easily or failed to install completely.
Changed the emunand to hidden partition and so far 0 errors and everything seems to be working fine.
Never had problems with sxos file based emunand, but in my case it seems atmos doesn't play fine with it...

I have downloaded the deepsea package as well. a few questions about that:
- Do I need to add sigpatches manually, or is it complete with sigpatches ?
- What payload (file) do I need to use with TegraRcmGUI to boot my switch ?
As I had quite some issues with corrupted games, is there anything I need to take care of to prevent corruption ?
