It seems I'm unable to find this game manually, saw it once on other's person screen, did ask for the name, but never actually remembered it properly.

Top down shooting game where you control a futuristic, tron-esque, tank that glides above the ground of some digital dimension. It supposed to be japan-only digital-only game, so it's pretty obscure, thus hard to pinpoint.
