Does the emulator run like the console? I'm wanting to develop some Wii U homebrew games and I've lost my Wii U power brick. Until I get a power brick can I test on an emulator? I'd just like to know if it would still operate as if it was running within the limits of the Wii U hardware.

I don’t think Cemu currently supports directly launching .elf/.rpx files, so not at the moment

Back when i used cemu, December or so, I could launch rpx files and not the whole folder
