I have a hard modded v2 switch using SXOS 3.1.0
which I updated to fw 11.0.0 using Choidujour to play Monster Hunter Rise.
I can play the game and all but my switch boot up time become so slow.

I tried to find a fix but I can't find it so I'm asking here.

I contacted my seller, and he said hard modded switch is not compatible with Choidujour
and will cause it to semi-brick and even though there is no problem now, there will be further into the future.
is this true?
If it is, how can I fix the semi-brick.

and also how to improve my boot up time?

Your seller is right because ChoiDujour doesn't even support any firmware past 6.2. In order to fix it, you need an eMMC backup which you should have if you've been a responsible Switch owner. If you do not have one, now is the time to make one before it is too late. The increase in boot up time may just be a coincidence however.

Another possibility could be your SD card.
Everytime the OS makes a fresh restart, it checks a whole bunch of stuff on the SD card and if that is slow,
it will impact your boot time.
