you should just have to extract the zip to the root of your sd card, they should be in the correct folders, if you cant find the ones for atmosphere, you might want to set up hekate and see if you can get it to boot into cfw with hekate

I DID IT, I FOUND THE SIG PATCHES FOR ATMOSPHERE AND IT WORKED, I'M SO HAPPY, THANKS TO ALL WHICH HELPED ME

Congratulation, glad to hear you are back up and running, now use caution when looking at guides on youtube, ask here if you need advice, usually people will help you out on gbatemp

i just have 1 last problem, when i put on my gamecard the console crashes
Happens sometimes when there is a new firmware update and you update your sysNAND, which also updates the game cart firmware, and you have an older Atmosphere version you use with emuNAND that isn't designed to deal with the new game cart firmware (autonogc doesn't work to prevent this for some reason, seems like it requires specific code for each firmware)
Updating Atmosphere and Hekate should fix it.
