Hello everyone
Motherboard bought 100% ok on e...Y turns out that in fact no so much...
Indeed the console docks, "charges" in both orientations, but i noticed the percentage of charge was staying at the same level for hours
I tried to drain the battery and recharge it overnight, but unfortunatly it stayed depleted. I had to replace the battery with a known good one
Same behaviour
Here are the amp values :
ON : 0.5A
SCREEN OFF (idle) : 0.38 A (then goes to 0, and somes sec later back to 0.3A and so on...)
OFF : 1A
My only solution now is to power off the console manually after being plugged to let it charge
Voltages
BQ chip pin 1 : 15V
M92
9 : 15v
21 : 21 v
22 : 15v
5 : 3.3v
6 : 3.3 v
38 : 1.5v
39 : 2.8 v
40 : 1.5 v
Any idea ?
Do you think it is the fuel gauge ? Any way to software reset it via RCM app ?
Just noticed under the RCM menu "battery" :
Battery temperature is 87°C !! I tried to measure the 2 resistors in circuit near BQ chip, values (battery removed are compliant 5.6k & 3.8k)
thanks !
