Hardware Error 160-0103 - No Smash Bros, No CBHC

While moving, I found an old Wii U I forgot I had in the storage room. When I hooked it up I got the 160-0103 error. Everything I have found only refers to CBHC fails and Smash Bros corruption. The console had Captain Toad Treasure Tracker in the disc drive. I've seen some mentions of using a hard mod and rewriting the NAND, and while I am confident I have the skills to do this I cannot find any solid information/instruction. Can anyone shed some light or point me in the right direction?

Do you have NAND Backup? Iwill try to do the hardmodding But I need a "Fresh" NAND Backup to try this for me and do a tutorial If I succed
