Hi there,

I just wrote a port of SDLPoP for Switch.

Here you can find everything you need to install and run it: https://github.com/usineur/SDLPoP/releases/tag/switch-1.0

It's my first port for on this device, so do not hesitate to report bugs on Github or here.
Note that It has been only tested on 4.1.0.

Feel free to post any video of the port in action, i will add it to this post :)

Edit: a tuto made by Masterwin (for Spanish speakers)

Have fun,
usineur

It would be very nice if you could fix this for new Atmosphere 0.19.0. A lot of homebrew is not compatible with this new version.
Thanks a lot!
It looks like @usineur0 is still working on this (nice to see, great project), latest commit on his github was 5 days ago in the "ports" branch, merging the Switch and Vita ports into one branch, so maybe he'll post a new official version soon. In the meantime, I managed to compile it after some fiddling, had to add some included libraries to make it compatible with the newest versions of stuff. It was a bit of a botch job, as recent versions on his github don't seem to have some of the necessary CMake files to specify the dkp toolchain etc, IDK if he has them externally on his system, so I bodged something together with the CMake files from an older version.

Anyway, fresh .nro, just tested it working.

the L hdmi adapters work great on my tv and receiver. so much less stress on the ports using them than regular cables. in that instance anyway.

  • RedColoredStars @ RedColoredStars:
i dont know why tv manufactures put the hdmi ports in dumb locations so the cables have to stick out, and then down, putting strain on the ports. Instead of having the ports along the bottom edge of the tv facing downwards.
