Hi all, I would some like help. I tried to patch my copy of HeartGold, but nothing happens. The game doesn't get patched. It just stays there.
I've tried multiple different ROMs thinking that could be the issue, but nothing. I'm on Windows. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I just beat morty and im playing on DeSmuMe, Every time i walk past onlivine gym and start the rival cut scene my game crashes. Does anyone know a fix?
Hey I have problems with 1.1 that I didn't had in 1.05, it crashes rly frequently, like 1 every 5 min, I play on a hacked 3ds, I don't know if it could be the problem, maybe on pc emulator it won't crash, if anyone know something tell me plz 
I'm playing on a DSi XL and 1.10 crashes a lot while area transitioning (black screen). Tried both Storm and Sacred, had a hard time on both.
I played vanilla HeartGold and SoulSilver start to finish on this very same DSi a long time ago and had no crashes whatsoever.
I'll maybe try 1.05 later instead and see If things improve.

I have felt, frequently, that the trainer AI is reacting to my decisions after I make them, such as cases where I have a larvitar in battle, my opponent has a super effective ice fang, I switch to my glaceon, and my opponent uses fire fang instead of ice fang. Is the AI reacting this way, and if so why, because it fundametally alters (ruins) strategy around using switches.
So, I just started up Storm Silver, and the first thing I noticed is that there are black lines covering every building/object in the game. Like, the kitchen in my house is covered and the outlines of the buildings when outside are significantly thicker and wrong. The issue is significantly worse if I'm in a building, but I'm not sure what to do to get rid of this issue, as I barely understand how emulators and such work Can anyone help me with this?? (I tried uploading a file with this message, not sure if it's worked. I've never used this website before)

Well if that is the case I really like it. If the AI stops being so noob and predict what we will do then it is more challenging Imao.
I would like to see competitive trainers type throughout the game. Like, Tier 1 teams and things like that...
Are the creepy sprites an event at the ruins of alph? I guess they're not since sometimes I get normal sprites. Also sometimes when I leave the ruins of alph all the NPC sprites as well as my own get messed up. And if I open up anything on the upper screen it then goes completely black. EDIT: What I did was just enter the ruins from the top and the sprites were messed up like that. Seemed like every sprite in my running animation was replaced with a different distorted black mess of pixels, although 1 sprite was a white square with eyes (or blobs of pixels that looked like eyes)

I have a couple of issues I'd like to document before SGSS 2.0 come out.
Someone in my discord has the same issue as this person - Rocket Safari event seems buggy.
Arcanine has Close Combat as relearnable by heart scale in the docs but Arcanine can't learn it.
Psyduck's addition of Cross Chop is not documented in the docs, only Golduck's.

it never worked for me- I had to walk through walls to skip that battle and just enter the zone and trigger the flags to move on with the game
Just started the hack and really love it so far! There is however a speed up patch which I cannot apply to it, since I am using the version made by mikelan98 with fairy type and increased shiny odds. Any way for me to make it compatible with it?
Hi! Can you tell me if by chance in the version of the game with the fairy type there are also the new moves (like moonblast) or if only the old ones have been changed?
