Ok a bunch of things to fix (Screenshots contain Spoilers)
Untranslated Name#1: Girl's voice name is untranslated when saying "Teehee. I'd say you're on the right track, now." (file is t165B)
Elevator Untranslated: The IBC elevator in Crossbell in Chapter 5 has an untranslated floor. This doesn't exist earlier chapters so this might be only Chapter 5.
Geofront error: When Arios says "They were investigating possible entry points, last time I spoke to them... (points is missing p before oints right now) (File is c130B)
Data out of box text: In Sun Fort in Chapter 5 a bunch of data texts are out of the boxes. (files are m3012 and m3013)
Untranslated Levers: In Chapter 5 in the Sun Fort there are two levers that have untranslated text. (File is m3021)
Final Text Untranslated: At the end of the game when everyone says "See you Later!" the text is not translated
I have also completed the game. Works great and no issues if nothings changed. Hope you end up doing this for Ao no Kiseki as well!

Evolution has extra sidequests. I believe both the font and graphics are slightly better on the switch but it is still based off of the Evo edition. Evo also has a different soundtrack. Can't think of anything else.

I believe the evolution port was handled by a different studio which made the rights of the game difficult to use for the Kai version. I didn't see the side quests, at least.
On a side note I do not know if it is possible but If you can somehow manage to insert the geofront treasure chest texts instead of "the chest is empty" into the game that is the one thing I think is missing from the Kai version that is important @EvilGoku
Here is my save file. All of them are the same but clearing the game. If you want to see the final text you need to kill the final boss, though... I also checked 0.95 and 0.96 and the elevator and data boxes are both fixed. I couldn't find the file for the final text but e3500 had everything before it

No, both Zero and Ao Evo have more quests than the Kai games, and Ao Kai has some new events and lines than Ao Evo.

Evo is likely better than the Kai Version imo but also does not have a perfect geofront patch yet. PC is the best overall tbh.

Well you can play it either docked or handheld and it does have slightly better graphics than the evo version. I believe the font is also much better and the portraits, as well. It is missing the new sidequests, though. The PC version is only better because of the Geofront stuff which improves stuff about it.
I still think its worth having the switch versions translated. A lot of people don't have a vita and would rather play it on their switch than on PC

so its mean there is no new side quest in kai ? or anything else
i ported because of i can play zero no kiske in my free time anywhere office home street or any function and cant carry whole laptop

Kai does not have the new Evo side quests, no.
The new changes are that the games run at 60 FPS, the graphics were upgraded to HD, and the BGMs and the sound effects’ quality was improved. Lastly, multiple changes to the User Interface were made as well. Ao no Kiseki Kai also has new characters from Cold Steel in it so that it connects with the game better if I recall correctly.
I already prepared for Ao no kiske (from database geofront ) all tools insert pointer etc but i think its not worth it
