Okay no problem. It should work perfectly fine regardless of quest progression. Are you using AMS 18.1? That's what I tested on and SXOS it doesn't work.

i used it on sx and on atmosphere. How many pages of materials do you have?

You should end with about 8 pages of material. Attached below is the confirmed working x9999 as I just used it. Tested on US ver. on AMS 18.1

I think you send the wrong ones. These are CB + WE + Slot3
