I personally like nxe. the metro one is too cluttered and the blades is still basic.
I personally like the way the switch looks, so that might be one of my favorites. I'm not sure what my absolute favorite might be though.

I kind of wish the Switch and PS4/5 menus were less left right scroll-y and more tiled tbh. I know they're aimed at kids but it's so clunky to use.
Massive fan of how DS looks... both 2D and what devs have achieved with the simple 3D hardware.
GBA and PSP.
