The patch is currently an ongoing effort. The Quiz has been translated and the Geofront script has been injected in the game but there is currently some bugs/issues that are being worked on.

i would like to ask you if there is any chance to port the new and complete translation about Ao no Kiseki ( https://geofront.esterior.net/2021/01/29/azure-editing-finished-test-underway-other-geofront-news/ )
into the EVO PsVita version,
is the right thread to ask or is better ask into the Ao no Kiseki Thread?
ps: i already started Zero No Kiseki EVO on Vita (25 hours in) with the old patch,
do you suggest to change the patch with this one?
if yes...can i use my old save file?

Yes a first test is all ready done and works. Just to be clear there is enough work to be done. So we first like to finish Zero before we start another project. And there is no point starting on AO as long as geofront is not ready.
In regards to your patch you can replace it with this one but this is an extremely outdated version in comparison to the one internally at work.
With "extremely outdated version" you mean mine version right? i mean...the patch that did EvilGoku?
so i wll not have save problem and i "just need" to replace the patch with the "repatch process"?
About Ao No Kiseki, so when Geofront finish they will work with the transfer to the EVO Vita version?
By outdated I mean basically that. I believe the quiz is translated and there are some other things but not much. The internal patch is farther along.

You should be able to replace it safely.

It effectively injects the text from Geofront into the game but has a large number of sentences that go past the boundaries of the text box and other bugs/crash issues
Nothing too big to report. The Evolution side quests are being translated. Some of the team are having real life stuff right now

Due to my work life, I only can manage to squeeze some playtime on my Vita before sleep, so I can't wait to play Trails from Zero and Azure by Geofront portably <3

Its being worked on. A new iteration of the patch should be released soon but that won't be fully completed either. It will be far more along than the current one, however.

not to sound impatient since ive already finished the first translated patch version of this
But what else is in needing of fix or translation as to why is not being released yet?
Much of the work spent recently has been on the translations of the Evo only quest content. This is nearly complete and the update will likely be released shortly after. Other than that there are formatting issues where the injected text is overflowing the text box in areas which is being worked on. There are also bugs/crashes here and there that need to be ironed out.
ohhhh yeah those Evo Exclusive quest are a pain I even remember using Google Translate Real Time Camera Traslator thingy just to finish those quests ahaha and as always the Text box is too little for English translation I wonder what First Party companies uses to expand those textboxes... Its like the very standing problem with all Trails Fan Translation patches.

Created an account just to thank all of you in this thread -- was searching online for where the team doing the updated Zero Evo patch was at, and found this.
I think I had literally every issue listed early on in the thread, but by reading people's cries and complaints was able to overcome each of them.
1. Was trying to copy files over by cable, and not FTP -- gave up on that and figured out FileZilla.
2. Files copied over were not decrypted -- figured out from the exchange over the text of the ReadMe what I wasn't doing, figured out how to decrypt files using VitaShell.
3. Data0.psarc was failing to copy over -- eventually had to upload my saves to back them up, and then delete and fully re-install the game and 1.01 patch using PKGj. (I own the physical carts but prefer playing digital versions.) My guess is that there was a mild corruption in the file? Not sure, but re-installing fixed it, so whatever.
4. Once I finally had everything set up, putting the patched files in the rePatch subdirectory and everything (with the old rePatch in a renamed directory for a quick downgrade if need be), then the firmware error (C1-6703-6) struck. I have a fairly minimal setup, but reF00D seems to have also been the issue with my Vita, so I just put in a quick hash symbol to disable it and rebooted. [I only have this Vita set up to play the Trails Evo games and Adrenaline anyway.]
Finally, after all of that, it works beautifully. And I'm keeping the decrypted files around so that I can super easily update once the new public release of the patch comes out.
Thank you, crazy Kiseki fans. I love your output. I'll be staying with these threads/releases until the Azure Evo patch is someday created and perfected. Keep overcoming those barriers!
