Thank you guys, I just wanted to ask soon enough.
I need a little longer for the converter, as there are some things to consider.
The WiiU has three save slots, while the Switch has four.
And I want to give you the opportunity to merge a WiiU save with an existing Switch save so you can
keep your progress in Bowsers Fury.
I think a test version of the converter will be available by friday at the latest.

It could be possible to edit Bowser's fury to play as another character? Since the assets should be the same as 3D world, except for the Lion suit.
I assume that this is not possible, at least it is not possible with a save editor.
For that to work with a save editor, there need to be a value stored in the save file for the currently selected character.
I haven't looked at the values for BF in detail but as mentioned above, I assume that this value is not stored.

How do I use the Rosalina save on my Switch? Also, how do I use the save editor via EdiZon?
You need to restore the save on your Switch using Checkpoint or EdiZon.
For the EdiZon editor you need EdiZon of course.
Eextract the EdiZon files, copy the switch folder to the root of your sd card and overwrite existing files.

Very keen to see this completed. I'd love to be able to reconstruct a Wii U save and continue where I left off.
We need more save editors for 'remasters' and ports. Another one I'd really like would be Xenoblade Chronicles, to continue a 3DS save.

Still working on this and test different ways to automate the process of reading the current
amount of stars, score, and so on...
- Added selection of the save slot
- Added the possibility to change the char for P1-P4 (Rosalina has to be unlocked to select her in the editor)
- Added Bowsers Fury

A new version is available #1. You can now modify the amount of stars for each level.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
