Hacking Wii U and Vwii info needed.

Hello.

I have a fully modded Wii with loads of games, and now I want to mod my Wii U.
I have chosen CBHC as the CFW, However before I proceed I have a few questions which I cannot seem to get a clear answer.

Can 2 hard drives be used at the same time, One for VWii and one for Wii U?

Can I use the same games hard drive I use for my modded Wii for the modded Wii U?

Can all games (VC/Gamecube/Wii/Wii u etc) be run from the hard drives?

Hello,

at the same time, I don't think so. But just one at a time would not be bad.

I suggest you connect the vwii mode hard drive to the back of the Wii U.
then connect the wii U mode hard drive to the front of the wii U.
you will only be able to play one game at a time.

yes, you can use the same hard drive from the old wii on the vwii mode of the wii U.

yes, in Wii U format, use "wii U USB helper" == > for wii U games, for wii and Gamecube games ==> use WiiVC Injector Script (GC / Wii / Homebrew Support) from TeconMoon

You can use one hdd for vWii and one for Wii U, but you have to use ustealth on your PC for the vWii drive to "hide" it from the Wii U one https://gbatemp.net/threads/ustealth-wii-u-format-disk-nag-workaround.352786/

Alternatively (what I do) is you can inject all of your vWii and GC games on the Wii U hdd and have all of your games on your WIi U main meu, this also will let you use the gamepad for some Wii games and all Gamecube games menu https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiivc-injector-script-gc-wii-homebrew-support.483577/
