Hacking 400gb Sandisk SX OS 10.0.1 Black screen on Boot Up

i followed a thread that having a SX OS blackscreen, not sure what happend to the guy who posted, maybe his issue is fix..
anyway, i have a 400gb sd card on a Switch Gen1 with SX os 10.0.1 firmware..

suddenly, the sdcard got corrupted, so i reformat it and put everything again, (as i backup my previous files)
now its sx os black screen..

i updated the .boot file to 3.1.0 ( i think its the latest up to now) still black screen..
i check the sdcard H2test and the card is fine,.

so i try other sd card,,a 128gb sdcard put all the files and updated sxos to 3.1.0 and then it works...

i dig something and lead me to this site..which they quoted how to fix and it is a glitch..

"i found the cause of my problem...for a strange reason the emuNAND procedure didn't made a first small partition that probably needed some files to boot up the emuNAND...after i made HDDCopy from the working 64GB microSD to the Sandisk 400gb, it worked just fine with FAT32...expanded the partition with DiskGenious to max space and formatted to exFAT and copied back all files...

so it was a glitch after all...sandisk 400gb works just fine, only i saw that it becomes very hot after intense copy/write"

how did he do this again??
1. He formated to FAT32
2. he HDDCopy the 64gb to 400gb..(is HDDCopy a program?)
3. he used a partition to Max the space and Formatted again to exFAT?

i'm not an expert but before anything

Use diskpart on cmd on windows to select your disk and "clean"
Then create a full fat32 disk

only then you can start to copy things.
Just make sure there is ONLY one partition (Minitool Partition wizard or similar can help you with that)

Then you can try to do some hekate's stuff and partition with hekate (emunand...android ..etc)

the program rufus will also format to fat32 just fine and make 1 partition easily in 1 go

i use guifat32 to format it to FAT32,..

what i did yesterday is
1. Format 400gb Micro SD to FAT32 using guifat32
2. its Fat32 now, and trying to boot SX OS there
3. still black screen

cleaning with diskpart remove any trace of mbr/gpt, partitions etc. As if your disk were brand new. Try it please

Also I would "scandisk" it just to make sure it's healthy. I also had a 400gb sandisk that started to take suicide. I had to throw it for a 512gb samsung.

Bro thank you so much..the 400gb again worksafter diskpart format..even though is a long format process..the the 400gb works again

thanks again, i though it feel kinda dumb that formating again as a diskpart format,..or full format works,,

coz i tried guiformat, EaseUS format, anykind format didnt work,
even though i didnt see any hidden partition,, it still wont work..

so i did the windows command diskpart format,,even though it took a 5hours full format and feel no hope...hey it works..

Oddly enough Guiformat and EaseUS should have worked. Atleast EaseUS should have seen the partition that is hidden. Guiformat do format the partition table, so it's also as confusing.

two times i did Ease US format, see any hidden partition (none) format it to FAT 32..still didint work..

so i did the recommended diskpart format..i really hate this coz its command prompt..and need to locate what diskdrive my SD Card is..and i am kinda Klutz...

put hey...magic..
