Whatever is causing this effects starting a brand new game....so I'm not sure. The save/load code is quite complicated.

Pushed https://github.com/capsterx-switch/Vanilla-Conquer/releases/tag/v0-r6 as new release. Hopefully upstream will accept the changes in time and I can bring back some of their bug fixes without too much trouble.

@capsterx If you are still interested in improving and maintaining the port you might want to check out https://github.com/TheAssemblyArmada/Vanilla-Conquer/pull/419 and comment with any requirements you might have from a switch point of view.

i have question. Is this build not compatiable with The aftermath and counterstrike expansion for redalert?

Would it be possible to add these expansions?. Id gladly donate 20 dollars if this could happen.

I'll take a look. As a quick look, for the switch a path of sdmc:// and romfs:// are considered absolute paths, which I've had to patch in many games.

I think it can, though I have not tried. Can one have both expansions installed at the same time or just one at a time?

Is it possible you Can tell me what to do? Or send me your files? Il send you The 50 dollars if you Can help me make it work.

I have tried copying all files from Counterstrike and aftermath to CD 3 and CD 4 folder. But nothing happens. Aftermath and counterstrike mission tab is empty and skirmish only have like 18 maps.

i really need these expansions to get The extra maps in skirmish mode

How do you get it in german?
I have set it up like the OP described with the downloads linked at the github but sadly, all is in english.

Where can i buy the german cds which are compatible with vanilla conquer?
